Thoughtful Storage & a Cosy Window Seat

The integrated window seat, set beneath a characterful cottage window, makes the most of every inch of the space, offering a charming nook for relaxing with a coffee or chatting while meals are prepared.
To the left, bespoke cabinetry in a calming sage green is paired with solid oak tops, showcasing our signature mix of traditional styling with a modern country feel. To the right the built-in bench seating includes hidden storage beneath, adding both function and form to this area of the kitchen.
Bespoke Glazed Dresser Cabinet – Elegant Display with Functionality
This bespoke glazed dresser forms a standout feature in our Ashwell kitchen project. Handcrafted by Anna Clare Bespoke, it offers the perfect balance of elegant display and practical storage, set above classic Shaker cabinetry in a soft sage finish.
The dresser’s hand-painted white frame and internal lighting showcase glassware beautifully, adding warmth and depth to the room. Below, a solid oak worktop and traditional cup handles tie into the heritage feel of this period home.
A Practical Island with Prep Sink – Designed for Everyday Living
This angle of our Ashwell kitchen project reveals the highly functional kitchen island, complete with a neatly integrated prep sink and smooth quartz worktop. Finished in the same calming sage green as the base units, the island forms the central workspace for food preparation, while also offering additional storage and surface area.
Designed by Anna Clare Bespoke, this island enhances the flow of the kitchen and helps define zones within the open-plan layout. The undermount stainless steel sink is paired with a contemporary brushed steel tap, ideal for rinsing vegetables or filling a pan at the nearby range.
As with all of our bespoke kitchens, we tailored the design to the client’s exact needs. In this case, we incorporated a drop-down prep area, offering an accessible, flexible surface that can be used for baking, prepping or serving, a thoughtful detail that makes everyday use simpler and more enjoyable.
